Problem
Turn six years of applied research and a swap model already validated in the field into an infrastructure that can be sold to enterprise fashion brands. What was missing was a brandable consumer app, a multi-role operational dashboard and an AI engine capable of recognizing garments, calculating their value and tracking their impact, all ready to go live quickly.
Solution
Design and develop an end-to-end modular SaaS platform. A white-label mobile app for the end user, an operational dashboard for the brand with digital quality assurance, inventory management, swap flow and analytics, and an artificial intelligence layer that automates garment recognition, token-based valuation and CO₂e impact calculation.

Born within the Italian circular fashion ecosystem and supported by Lazio Innova through pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration paths, it is backed by over six years of applied R&D and real transactions. The platform allows fashion brands to manage end-to-end swap programs with their own identity, integrating operational execution, impact measurement and compliance with the upcoming European traceability requirements, from the Digital Product Passport onwards.
