Lihos: App and CRM for Facility Management
Lihos is a fast-growing company specialized in Facility Management for the Hospitality sector. It coordinates and manages the main operational activities of hotels, vacation homes and accommodation facilities, ensuring a service that is always efficient and consistent with the needs of the structures.
Problem
Managing daily operational teams, emergency interventions and multiple services in different facilities is a complex challenge. Without a unified tool, workflows become fragmented and visibility on ongoing activities is lost, slowing down operational response.
Solution
Create an advanced digital ecosystem that centralizes all operations. Through an intuitive management platform and a dedicated app, coordinate interventions, personnel and workflows in real time. The result? A fluid, smart and accessible system everywhere, which guarantees superior quality standards for every facility.
