About Fonditalia
Fonditalia is a national Interprofessional Fund that finances continuing education programmes for workers and companies. It promotes the development of professional skills through funding calls, training plans and structured initiatives, helping companies improve competitiveness, staff updating and quality of internal processes. Its activity stems from the need to make training more accessible and effective, supporting certified and institutionally recognized programmes. Fonditalia operates by facilitating the meeting between companies, training bodies and workers, simplifying access to funding and guaranteeing quality and traceability criteria.
What we did
SwipeApp supported Fonditalia in developing a software platform that allows companies and training bodies to register and operate within a single and structured system. A centralized dashboard was created that allows Fonditalia to monitor training plans, users and processes in a simple and immediate way. The solution improved operational efficiency, ensuring greater control and traceability of activities.
